Mr. Segal has developed personal relationships over the years with the mine owners and individuals working with them in Brazil, Uruguay and elsewhere.

Mystic Journey uses only the best crating and freighting companies, experienced in handling pieces from the most delicate to the heaviest, from the most sophisticated piece of machinery to the finest piece of art, that is available in both the United States and around the world. And also, each piece is fully insured by a licensed and bonded company to further protect the value of your investment.

Our founder, Jeffrey Segal, works directly with the crystal workshops in Brazil and Uruguay and has access to dozens, really hundreds of geodes and crystal formations.  If you provide Jeffrey with the size, shape and type of crystal you are seeking, he can reach to his sources to find one or more pieces that match your request.  Jeffrey then secures pictures and videos of these pieces and sends them to you for your review.  Jeffrey answers any questions you have about any the pieces you see, and works with you to choose the piece that is just right for you.  The piece is then crated and shipped either to Mystic Journey or directly to you and we then arrange to have it uncrated and placed inside your home or office, or even in your garden!
